Mike’s expertise is in working with multinational and multicultural communities through processes which define the nature of leadership in the person, team and organisation and align them to their life, business and community strategies. His highly professional approach creates life changing options through tailor made learning opportunities where, with deep insight into people, great empathy and sensitivity, he establishes connections quickly and easily, enabling true learning to take place.
A Master trainer in the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, the Personal Directions Inventory, and the Emotional Intelligence Inventory he holds a B.A. in Social Sciences, and Post graduate qualifications in Education and Counselling.
In the private and public sectors he 20 years experience in consulting with organisations on human and organisational developmental, and delivered strategic leadership development processes and programmes globally. Learning programmes have been delivered within 37 countries with executives and middle managers in the area of Leadership, Personal Impact and Influence, Coaching and Emotional Intelligence. Within these areas he offers a combination of diagnostic consultancy, organisational and human alignment and development programmes.
He has worked with Hospital Trusts in the UK on a developmental process to identify key leadership behaviours in the major roles within the organisation. The process involves over seven hundred clinicians and managers defining leadership behaviours within their roles and then using 360-degree feedback to gain alignment and focus.
Currently he is working with communities and property developers to establish a collaborative approach to planning and development.
