Matthias Lehmann

Matthias Lehmann is working as a trainer and coach since 2002 and is currently studying Industrial Engineering and Management at Technical University Darmstadt, Germany.

His focus as a trainer is leadership, developing teams & organisations as well as intercultural competencies. Matthias’ experiences range from individual coaching to facilitating groups of more than 200 people in English, German and Spanish, spanning more than 10 countries throughout Europe and South America. 

Organisations he has worked for include AIESEC (value based leadership for students), Renaissance2 (connecting people and businesses to make a positive change on a global level), START (personal development and leadership for underprivileged children in Germany), Creanova (consultancy, intercultural competencies and leadership development), AYUDH (youth social service, personal development and environmental care) and many more. 

Born and raised in Germany, Matthias has also lived in Argentina and Hungary and served in AIESEC www.aiesec.org as a member of the National Board of AIESEC Hungary and as a leader of the Global Talent Management Unit, an international virtual team developing HR tools for their 35,000 members in 107 countries and coaching leaders of several national AIESEC chapters.

Matthias stands for creating win-win situations and support people and organizations to grow – by focusing on their diverse individual strengths, unlocking their potential and fostering positive leadership.

In his free time, Matthias loves cooking, travelling and outdoor sports in nature. His mountain bike trips include a tour from Frankfurt to Budapest and crossing the Alps from Germany to Italy.
