Sandra Wackens

Sandra Wackens is an experienced coach and one of our founders at TetraLD. A qualified psychologist, she has a wide experience in coaching, feedback, career counselling, training, designing and developing leadership programmes and development centres. Prior to TetraLD, Sandra has been working for the past 6 years as an independent consultant. She specialised in the design and development of competency models and assessment/development centres. She is also a professional individual coach and participated in various leadership, coaching, mentorship, development centre programmes with clients such as Belgacom, Alcatel-Lucent, Rockwool, Lafarge, Fujitsu Services, Philip Morris, Hewlett Packard, Texas Instruments, Coca-Cola to name a few. Prior to that, Sandra has been employed 2 years as a Selection Advisor at SELOR, a selection office for the Belgian Federal State Institutions. She has also been a Training Manager for 2 years for the Commission Communautaire Française (Cocof), a “Région de Bruxelles Capitale” institution and she worked 4 years for Personnel Decisions International (PDI), an international consulting firm. Sandra has a degree in business and social psychology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is certified in CPI, MBTI step I and II, Firo-B, OPQ, Scope, Career Concepts as well as Profilor (360°) and Verax (360°). She also followed a micro MBA delivered by DIEU (The Danish Leadership Institute). Being native Belgian, Sandra Wackens’ mother tongue is French, she is fluent in English and has a good command of Dutch.
