As independent consultants, tetraLD drives performance transfer: enabling helping people in organisations to perform at their best. Naturally this includes measures to assess and maximise the return on investment in people.

Expanding our market, we are transforming the performance transfer category from what has been (costly high-level consulting services) to affordable web-based solutions used by all line managers for all their people.

About tetraLD:
tetraLD is a new, innovative company solving old problems with new tools. As such our focus is on a combination of organic growth and strategic partnership with complementary organisations. Built on a partnership model, tetraLD is an agile and sustainable organisation,  allowing us to quickly accommodate client needs and changing market realities. We are independent consultants on performance transfer, integrating the components right for the client’s needs.

Over the next 3-5 years, our focus will be to

• maintain our product (TransferLogix) as the gold standard in this new category of performance transfer tools. We do this by continuous improvement in the core IP behind the tool and the user interface.

• organically grow our organisation across Europe, Northern and Southern Africa, and Asia at 30% per annum, and via strategic partnerships with providers of complementary products and services.

Clients we have worked with value the unique and holistic approach we are taking. With our integrated tools, we service large and medium sized organisations.

tetraLD is based in Belgium, UK and Germany, with an international network of partners and associates across Europe, Middle East, India, Asia and the USA.  tetraLD has sole rights across most of Western Europe for TransferLogix and has integrated the tool for a unique Performance Consulting Approach.

At the heart of our consulting services, we provide our business partners with an integrated tool which allows them to increase their performance by enabling employees to perform at their best, helping people and organisations to prosper and effectively change as needed during the current turbulent times for business and people.

As part of our commitment to society, we frequently engage in pro bono work with Youth organisations as AIESEC and AYUDH - to help them build leadership in young people who are willing to make a difference.

Also, we are currently working in Rwanda - improving skills and capability of Rwandan people tetraLD has a strong connection and supports the Hamilton Group which e.g. organized a Mock Trial to raise awareness on Ecocide.

Beyond that, many of our partners are engaged in local community projects.
