What's it all about?
'Developing your personal influence and impact' is a unique and extremely concentrated programme of personal influence development. Using a highly interactive environment it enables you to improve - and to practise - the impact you have on those around you. You learn to make a unique contribution to the key decisions in your organisation.
This three-day programme is built around practical methods for improving your influencing skills. Using the dynamics of the group you learn to understand others, and their perception of you as a manager or colleague. And more importantly - you learn how to change that perception to your greater advantage.

Methodology
In addition to tutor inputs, you will complete self-assessment questionnaires and practise key influencing skills through exercises and role plays. This programme creates a unique interactive learning environment and a high level of interpersonal exchange and feedback.
Programme timing and numbers
The programme lasts for 3 or 4 days commencing at 9:00 am and finishing at 18:00 hours each day.
To ensure the maximum benefit and quality of the programme the minimum number is 8 and the maximum 16. Numbers are kept at this level to ensure that each individual derives maximum benefit from the personal attention offered on the programme.
