How many delegates participate in the Mastering Leadership Dynamics programme?
Our Mastering Leadership Dynamics programme has a maximum of 20 participants for each programme. This is to ensure that our coaches have the necessary time to work with each participant individually, through a very personalised approach based on observation, throughout the programme, as well as the pre-programme assessment material.

TetraLD runs the Team building programmes with a maximum of 20 participants for each programme.
What is the background and experience of the TetraLD faculty and coaches?
TetraLD work with a broad network of experienced business professionals and organsational psychologists experienced in many different business contexts and from a variety of countries. What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes everything that a participant needs to attend any of TetraLD's open enrolment programmes. This means all materials, documentation, tools used during the programme, accommodation costs, breakfast, lunch, dinner and all refreshment breaks. The only costs excluded from our programme fees are your own transportation costs to the venue, VAT and any personal expenses you may incur during your stay. We believe this is the best way to provide a uniform holistic experience to each participant.

What kind of feedback will I receive during the Mastering Leadership Dynamics programme?
You will receive a variety of feedback in different structured sessions throughout the programme. You will work closely with a certified TetraLD coach who will give you one to one confidential feedback throughout the programme, you will also receive and learn to give peer feedback in structured sessions. Results from reports and any tools will also be reviewed with your personal coach who will help you to link them to a personal development plan.
What makes TetraLD unique?
There are many things that differentiate TetraLD's approach from that of other seminars or programmes. Predominant is the experience and multicultural background of our coaches. Our programmes combine the elements of self-awareness through the mirror we hold to you after completion of your self-assessment and peer assessment that you gain throughout your participation in the programme. In each case, you will received individual one-to-one coaching from 'your' coach both on yourself as well as your ability to provide feedback to others. Additionally, each participant to one of TetraLD's programmes will be invited to join our leadership and team café on TetraLD's website.
