The TetraLD Coaching Approach

Especially useful to anchor the new skills learnt, is our coaching for change module: “Enabling a person to be more effective” should be the objective of a good coach.

Current leadership theory emphasizes the need for leaders to be flexible, authentic and able to
deal with ambiguity in an often chaotic world. Coaching is a skill that can be invaluable on both a formal and informal basis, where one coaches for an agreed session or has a coaching “conversation” sometimes described as a “watercooler chat” that can last from 5 minutes
to 15 but can be equally effective in moving someone forward and creating behavioural change.
